Legal and Corporate Secretary Officer (LCSO)
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Male/Female, age below 25-30 years old
* Hold a bachelor degree in Law from reputable university
* Minimum having 2 years working experiences in banking
* Having experience to prepare and review agreement
* Having experience to recommend legal advice and compliance process with the
* prevailing law and company’s policies
* Excellent in English skill both writing and speaking
* Familiar with conducting shareholders, BOD and BOC meeting, including meeting arrangement and draw up minutes of meeting
* Familiar with litigation procedure


Funding Officer (FO)
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:

* Male/Female, age below 25-30 years old
* Minimum Diploma Degree of any disciplines
* Minimum having 3 year experience in sales related position in banking industry
* Excellent communication skill is a must
* Having good relationship & networking with local business players
* Having good track record in funding activity
* Willing to work under pressure
